Joe is a former CEO and now a Leadership Coach and Speaker.
In 2011, he founded an organisation that runs three Alternative Schools. One on a street, one on a farm and one in a pub. All three rated ‘Outstanding’ in 2018 and again in 2023. Joe describes these judgments as ‘The least interesting thing about our schools the people who work in them.’
‘Words’ is a talk created to inspire change in you and your leadership. Delivered with passion and never afraid to ruffle feathers. You will leave the room ready to turn what you’ve heard into action.
Joe is a regular speaker and contributor for PiXL and works alongside their CEO writing national strategies for leaders. He lives in Devon and when he isn’t speaking or coaching you’ll find him surfing, growing vegetables and walking the dogs. He is the trustee of an NGO in Ghana helping people from remote villages access education, training and work. Not interested in raising a profile or causing controversy, Joe actively avoids any form of limelight, not on on any social media platforms or part of any national debate. Instead, he spends his time listening, thinking and talking with leaders. He believes in making a big difference to a small group of people and hopes to inspire others to do the same. No photos, no tweets, no hashtags. Just leadership. This one is for you and only you in the room.
